A: We typically ship via international couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and TNT. Shipping charges depend on the destination and weight; we can also post items upon specific client request.

A: Yes, our products and systems are compliant with ISO 13485 and CE standards. Some items are also registered under FDA 510k.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: We generally expect minimum orders of at least US$500. However, for first-time customers testing the market, we are open to smaller sample orders.
Q4: Can you provide free samples for quality testing?
A: We can offer free samples for evaluation; however, the client is responsible for covering the freight and shipping costs.
Q5: Is it possible to order products not currently in your online catalog?
A: Certainly. If you have specific requirements or samples for similar orthopedic products, please send us pictures or samples. Note that custom orders may require additional lead time.
Q6: What are your standard payment terms?
A: For payments under US$800, we require 100% in advance. For orders over US$800, we require 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal, and L/C.
