Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification. Some products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. We offer free samples for quality testing, but the freight cost is covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, just send us pictures or samples for customization. Note that this may require a longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Please contact our sales team for current inventory status.
What are your terms of payment?
Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
