Seismic Component Details

Our systems are suitable for lateral and longitudinal seismic bracing connected to walls. We rigidly connect seismic components to buildings through torque bolts tightening steel profiles or steel pipes. The connection part adopts advanced riveting technology to prevent component detachment. High-strength anti-backout bolts are available upon request.

Installation: Drill holes as per design, install M12 or M16 expansion anchor bolts, fix the connection seat, and tighten the torque bolt until the hexagonal head breaks off.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What certifications do your seismic bracing systems hold?
Our products are fully certified by UL, FM, and CE, meeting international safety and quality standards for seismic protection.
2. Which materials are used for the support accessories?
We use high-grade carbon steel, ductile iron (QT450), and stainless steel, depending on the specific model and customer requirements.
3. Can you provide customized solutions for specific projects?
Yes, our engineering team can customize special pipe support system accessories based on the engineering drawings provided by the customer.
4. What type of surface treatments do you offer for corrosion resistance?
We provide electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet, and epoxy spraying to ensure long-term durability and corrosion resistance.
5. What is the typical installation process for the seismic base?
The system is installed using expansion anchor bolts (M12/M16) on building walls. Torque bolts are then tightened until the head breaks off, ensuring a secure and calibrated connection.
6. What is your monthly production capacity for these components?
Our factories have a production capacity of approximately 50,000 units per month, ensuring timely delivery for large-scale projects.
