Magnesium Aluminum Zinc Ground Mounting Systems: This solar ground mounting bracket is strictly designed according to the maximum wind speed, maximum snow load, solar panel specifications and other design schemes. While ensuring sufficient strength, installation efficiency and labor costs are optimized. The service life of the bracket is engineered for longevity. Support foundations include: straight into ground, ground screws, and cement piers.
Double column options include ground bolt or piling columns. Ground screw posts allow for precise height adjustments, while piling columns offer higher strength for specific installation requirements.
Step 1: Installing Ground Screws - Used to anchor the support structure to the ground. Screws are drilled into the soil based on soil type and weight requirements.
Step 2: Install the Beams - Connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the pole using bolts and nuts after foundation preparation.
Step 3: Installing Rails - Attach the rail that supports the solar panels to the beam using brackets and bolts, ensuring a level structure.
Step 4: Installing Solar Panels - Fasten each solar panel securely to the rail using mounting hardware.
