Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on volume and weight.

Q3: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you provide samples?
We expect minimum orders to be around US$500. However, we offer smaller sample orders for initial market testing. We can provide free samples, but freight costs are covered by the client.

Certainly. You can send us pictures or samples of the required items. Please note that custom requests may take slightly longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you maintain stock for listed products?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. We recommend contacting our sales team for real-time inventory information.
Q6: What are your payment terms?
For payments under 800 USD, 100% in advance is required. For over 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
